Priesthood of Restoration

Five Daily Questions

A simple daily examen for restorative consciousness.

Five Daily Questions

Restorative spirituality becomes durable when it acquires rhythms. The daily practice is intentionally simple. It does not require public confession, spiritual performance or disclosure of private wounds.

Five daily questions

What am I becoming?

Examine the direction of character, desire and habit rather than measuring yourself only by what you achieved today.

What am I creating?

Notice what your words, choices, work and relationships are bringing into existence.

What have I damaged?

Tell the truth about harm without collapsing into shame or defensiveness.

What must I repair?

Identify concrete obligations: apology, repayment, changed behaviour, boundaries, professional help or patient rebuilding.

What can I restore?

Look beyond wrongdoing toward life that can be cultivated: health, trust, knowledge, opportunity, community and creation.

A rhythm of grace

Restoration is not an attempt to earn acceptance. Rest and receiving care belong within a restorative life. The aim is a reliable relationship between insight and action.
